Beautiful Aubrey is as sweet as she looks! This girl has really come out of her shell. She loves to walk! When her foster reaches for the leash, she gets super excited. She also loves to nap in the sun and hang in the yard, and is very friendly with people. She's peppy and most people are surprised she's 10. She's pretty good with the sit command, and likes to get on the furniture, but gets down when asked. She will give you her paw when asked. Aubrey is always up for having her belly scratched putting her head in your lap when on the couch. As a senior, she prefers a good walk over playing fetch. When walking, Aubrey is proud to show off her humans, and will stop and smell everything but quickly is back on her way when told to come. Aubrey is a sweet, smart, well-behaved girl looking for her forever home filled with love and snuggles.

Sweet Eleanor is an absolute gem! This brown-eyed girl with pretty silver frosting is a smaller dog with an enormous, loving heart. Her humans are the most important things in her life, followed by cuddles, hugs, belly rubs, several "stop, drop and rolls" on her walks, sharing her gentle Lab-lean, and frequently deciding that you really must want her on your lap as much as possible. A good sunbeam and a nice nap on a dog bed near her people make this gentle girl happy. In addition to her favorite sliced strawberries (off a fork!), Eleanor loves cold watermelon chunks (also off a fork, thank you!) and blackberries, which she gently takes from Foster Mom’s fingers. A game of tug with a squeaky toy sends her tail into a furiously wagging flurry. This sweet girl has great manners and is so easily pleased! She’s a super helper around the house. No matter what the chore, she’s on it, and tail wagging ensues when completed. Eleanor is an easy-going lady who will enjoy a quieter home, calm walks, and her routines. Though other dogs will never be her cup of tea, this loving, happy-go-lucky girl just wants to be close to her people...period. Eleanor will be such a treasured companion in a calm, loving home where she can lavish attention and affection on her people. Oh, and please include her in conversations and dole out that fresh fruit freely!

Need some sparkle in your life? How about sweet, senior Jasper to brighten your days? This poor fellow recently lost his owners after many years together, and is now in need of a new, loving home. He is full of love and cuddles to share. He loves the indoor life and dog beds are a huge hit! So are toys of all kinds…stuffies, bones, ropes, and balls. He even occasionally “borrows” shoes to carry around and cuddle with! This sweet guy isn’t a fan of stairs and would rather stay downstairs, even if everyone is upstairs. Jasper rides well in the car, and is an all-around pretty-chill guy. He loves a good bath and takes his treats gently. Jasper is good with other dogs and cats. He lived with a small dog and cats previously, though he prefers male canine pals. Lovely Louise must have had a nice home at one time. She is very sociable and enjoys meeting new friends, both human and canine. She could easily be part of a pack or be an only dog. However, she likes cats and squirrels a bit too much and chases them! She is not shy of anyone, is very familiar with stairs, loves riding in the car, enjoys short walks, and very comfortably settles herself on the couch! She is such a lovable girl, an easy houseguest, and a confident, enjoyable, cuddly companion. She will be a wonderful best friend for someone who is looking for a laid-back, loving dog and who will give her all the love and comfort she so deserves in her later life.

Sweet Maddie is an angel! She slept all night at her new foster home without a peep. She is a typical velcro Lab who likes to follow you around and will vocalize a bit if she cannot find you. She is really low maintenance and just wants to hangout with you. Due to being abandoned, Maddie has some anxiety about her people leaving, so someone who spends a lot of time at home would be best for her. However, the longer Maddie has spent with her foster, the safer she feels about their leaving for short stints! She is a little hard of hearing but can hear you if you speak up, and she does have a bit of hip discomfort from arthritis but can still manage stairs and hardwood floors with no issues. She LOVES butt scritches and will  let you know when she needs affection. She is a very happy and sweet girl who just wants someone to love furever in her golden years! She is good with dogs and is fostered with a Lab and a small beagle. Can you give Maddie a safe and loving place to land?
