The 2021 DogWalk & FunFest will be held on Saturday June 5th
at Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis, MD
Our annual Dog Walk takes place each year in the early summer and is an incredible way to meet fellow dog lovers, participate or spectate in fun dog-friendly activities, enjoy great food and music, and shop the Vendor Village. Each year, we have a wide variety of awesome things to do including special dog contests, demonstrations, Canine Good Citizen testing, doggie wading pools, pet product vendors, and delicious food and drink from local food trucks.
Besides furry friends and good times, the Walk is also key to supporting our rescue efforts. To participate, you can sign up as an In-Person Walker or Virtual Walker and then raise money with your friends and family in support of the Rescue. Top fundraisers receive prizes and all donations go on to help the nearly 1,000 neglected, abused, or surrendered Labs that come to the Rescue each year in search of their forever homes. Adoption fees only cover 1/3 of the cost to save a Lab, so your fundraising efforts (or donations to walkers and the Walk itself) allow us to deliver full veterinary care and support to these deserving dogs in their journey to happiness.
