AVAILABLE LABS

Before you start "meeting" some of our Labs...

It is good to know that our Available Labs list changes daily, as new Labs join us and others find their forever homes—often faster than we can update the website!

Additionally, Labs who are approved for children younger than age 10 may never appear in this online list because approved adopters are already waiting to meet them as soon as they become available. [Learn more about adopting with children.

For these reasons, we highly recommend that you complete an adoption application and work with an Adoption Coordinator to find the right Lab for your life, as these volunteers have more information about current and new Labs than we are able to include on our website.

Sweet, loving companion

Good with:

Kids 10+, Dogs

Age:

10 years

Female

Gender:

Abbey

Abbey is a super sweet mature girl who still loves to go for a walk, just not quite as far or as fast... and for a peanut butter biscuit, she'll demonstrate her spunk. She's a friend to all she meets, both human and canine, and enjoys having other dogs over to visit, short- or long-term. Abbey also likes things neat and tidy. If you move her bone, she'll take it right back to her bed, where it "belongs." Abbey enjoys head strokes and belly rubs and will reward those who indulge her with a wag of her tail. She'll make a wonderful, loving companion for some lucky person or family. Call your coordinator today to meet your new sweet girl.
